Our first event will be hosted at the enchanting Seraf Vadi, renowned for its dedication to authentic Anatolian cuisine. Seraf Vadi’s meticulous attention to detail—from hand-ground meats to freshly picked garden herbs—mirrors our own values of heritage and quality. Every dish tells a story, preserving the rich culinary traditions of Anatolia.

Başlangıç Tabağı / appetizers
-Ezme Peynir / cheese paste
-Tulum peyniri, tereyag, suzme / Tulum cheese, butter, strained yogurt, and crispy bread
-Soğan Dolması / onion dolma
Carefully peeled onion layers filled with a mixture of rice, spices, and currants, cooked over a wood fire with olive oil.

-Seraf İçli Köfte
Delicately prepared from lamb ribs, leg, and brisket chopped with cleaver, filled in a thinly rolled out bulgur dough and
boiled. Served atop our homemade strained yogurt and garnished with a red pepper sauce.
Seraf Lahmacun/
-A unique “lahmacun” and special Seraf signature dish made with a whole wheat dough and a carefully selected blend of
lamb rib, brisket and leg meat, chopped with cleaver.
Ana Yemek / Main Courses

Inspired by the Ottoman palace cuisine, wood-fired slow-cooked lamb shank with dried figs, sun-dried apricots
-Bostanlı Salatası/ Bostana
Finely chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, green and “kapya” peppers, parsley, fresh mint and walnuts, dressed with a sumac,
“isot” pomegranate molasses, and olive oil sauce.
-LĂĽle Kebap/ Lule Kebab With Smashed Tomatoes
Kebab prepared with lamb meat its non-spicy and garlic-free version, underneath is the tomato sauce we prepared ourselves in the summer season and fresh green pepper. On the side, thin flatbread from a wood oven and firik bulgur pilaf.
